We are now the proud new owners of this cute little guy. I stole the pics from the craigslist listing. I have pics too, but they're on the hard drive in the other room. I just got off the phone with Adam, who just got off the phone with the loan officer. We're approved! It's a small loan, I knew it would be no problem, but still, just wanted to make sure we were all good before posting.
So, Adam is going to meet with the current owner today, to get a copy of the title and give him a 'good faith' payment to hold it for us. We were thinking of giving him $1,000 to show him that we're serious, but Adam decided maybe we should only give them $100 just in case something went wrong......then there wouldn't be an argument about $1000! Well, he called the guy to tell him we got the loan and that they need to go in together (sometime this week) to sign all the papers and stuff, and the guy told him to just throw down $20! Wow! They are such nice people! They're giving us a pretty good deal too. We offered about $900 less than what they're asking and they accepted! Thank you so much Don and Murva!!! ;-D
It's a Cub Hybrid, 16 feet from nose to tail.
And with the tip-out beds it's about 21 feet! So perfect for us! It stores small, but opens up for plenty of room. Plus, it's fully contained so we can store stuff in it.....rather than in our garage, which is what we've been doing because we can't fit things in our little pop-up.
This if the view from the door, walking in and turning immediately right. To the left (of this pic) is the fridge/freezer (next to the dinette), then the FULL bathroom! Renee can take baths while we're camping! How cool is that??
Obviously, from the back side of the dinette. The door is on the left just before the bed. I love it!! Oh, and we're going to be able to store it at a great family friends' house.....for free! Wowza! We are so blessed! Thank you SOOO much Gonzalez family!!!

so how much will you be selling your pop up for...? the P family might be interested...
Oh, that would be so nice to give you the pop up! Unfortunately, it's not ours to sell. It's the family camper, for anyone in the family to use whenever they want. So, it's going to Amy & Ryan's house to be stored and kept safe.
