I know Mom

It's just a matter of time before my mom makes a comment about 'someone not updating their blog'. So, there's nothing new to report. The potty training is going slowly. I'm letting her decide if she wants to be a big girl or not. With Meadow here, and all the in and out of the house, it's just too hard for me to really get on it. We need to be home for (what?) 3 or 4 days straight with no interruptions. There's nothing else new to report. We'll be helping Chels and Alex move this weekend (as long as they close tomorrow, keep your fingers crossed for them!), and I'll have Sofia (Riss's 10 month old) on Friday/Pizza night. Oh, and we're really hoping to buy a new camper. Of course, just when we're debt free it's time to buy something big!!


*Edited to add this..... I just told Adam to call the couple selling the camper and tell them we'll bring them a down payment! Woo hoo! Now we just need to get the financing for the rest! I'm so excited!*

Jack is going home!!

I don't know details, but I do know Jack is on his way home.....or may even be home right now! Yay!!

Am I crazy?

I just thought we would try today. That's her special towel path, it's ok to be on the hardwood floor, but in the living room she has to stay on the special towels. She's wearing big girl undies! We're that much closer to a Dora bedroom, yay!! I'm just asking and taking her every 30 minutes to the bathroom. Is there another way? Any suggestions?? Help!

As you can see in the pic I also have Meadow today....that's why I ask if I'm crazy.

Billy Reuben?

Duh, I'm a dork. It's spelled bilirubin.....thanks Aunt Bonnie. So, I talked to Jeremy this morning, his levels are down to 9.8 after being on the lights all night. They took him off the lights until noon to check his levels again. I just talked to Debbie (12:15pm) and they did another test, but they have to wait an hour to get the results. So I'll keep ya' updated!!

Little Bunny Foo Foo

We drove by Small World Learning Center last night, the sign said 'Live Bunny pictures this weekend'. I read it out loud to Adam, and said that would be cute, to which he answered, 'Well, yeah, it'd be much cuter than 'dead bunny pictures'. Ha ha!

Jack the Glow Worm

Jack has jaundice so they had him under the lights for a while. The last I heard his Billy Reuben levels were down significantly, but not enough to escape the tanning bed. Debbie is scheduled to check out at 11am today, but we're not sure about Jack. (I just made a few phone calls and can't reach Debbie or Jeremy.) I do know that Debbie won't leave the hospital if Jack doesn't leave with her. Jeremy dropped Jeremiah off with me yesterday and took my camera to get these pics. I haven't been able to get back to the hospital to see him. I can't wait to love on that sweet boy!!

**Update: On the phone with Debbie right now. She's checking out at 11am, they'll do another test on Jack at noon, the doctor thinks he should be fine to go home, but we'll see. If his Billy Reuben levels are still too high, then they'll keep him under the lights and test him again at 6pm.**

Jack is here!!!

Jack finally joined us 1:55am on March 16th. He was 8lbs, 7 oz, and 20 1/2 inches long.

Congratulations Debbie, Jeremy, Tyler, Jed, Tierra, and Jeremiah!!

Things are coming along

Debbie is on a pitocin drip. She's up to 12 drops an hour. Contractions are not too strong, not too close together, but they are coming. Go Debbie!

Debbie is going to pop any day. She'll be 40 weeks this Saturday, and if she doesn't go into labor on her own this weekend, she's going to be induced on Tuesday.

Connections?

So, I'm looking to buy a Jogger (stroller), similar to the one below. These things can go for well over $100 new. I found a decent one on Craigslist for $75. I thought I'd see if anyone knew anyone who wants to get rid of/sell one to me?

Let me know.....I'm going to look at it tonight around 6:30!

Someone asked me if I was pregnant yesterday, I was kinda' relaxed though, sticking my gut out.

I gotta' do something about this chub!

If you read this, I was not offended, I knew it was coming. It just pushed me a little more to do what I've been slacking on. People who know me know I do not get embarrassed easily, and I will be the first one to tell you I look pregnant (though I'm not), so please don't feel bad! ;-)

Please, not again!

It's 8:00am and I've already cleaned up 4 piles of puke! Have I mentioned how much I hate my cat? I really do love her, I love the little shit so much that I can't get rid of her! Oh believe me, I've tried, and I've tried hard. Last week she had a bad day. I lost count after the 4th or 5th time she puked. I think she did it somewhere around 6 times, and that's 2 or 3 actual piles of puke each time! Cats don't just puke once, they do it over, and over, and over, and over, and.....you get the point. So, let's say 6 times, with at least (though I know there were more) 2 piles each time....that's 12 piles of puke through out the day!! Argh!! I locked her in the bathroom today. She puked at 4am (which woke me up, but I didn't clean it until I was getting ready around 7am), then again just now. I think I'll just leave her in the bathroom for a while, I don't feel like following her around with the cleaner.

Anyone want a cat? If you keep her outside, you don't have to worry about all the crap (ha, literally) that I put up with.......man I'm stupid.

ps. I hate my cat.
