Sleep Sitting

I always go in her room and adjust her when she falls asleep, but this is what I found yesterday during her afternoon nap.

With the left hand open, she puts her right (hand) fingers together and puts them in the center of her left hand and twists, this means 'Change Diaper'
Circling her chest with one or both hands means 'Please'
Bringing closed finger tips of both hands together means 'More'
Sign for Apple (twisting the letter 'A' at her jaw) = 'Apple'
Sign for Nurse (swiping you hand down your breast) = 'Nurse'
Sign for Milk (squeezing your hand in front of you, as if milking a cow) = 'Milk'

Body Parts she knows
Hair, Head, Ears, Eyes, Nose, Mouth/Lips, Teeth, Tongue, Chin, Cheeks, Boobies, Arm, Hands, Fingers, Leg, Tootsie/Foot/Toes,Coo Coo (where'd that come from Mommy?), and Bum Bum..... and right now we're working on Elbows and Knees

She's so smart, she knows so many words we say, light, on, off, toy box, TV, living room, kitchen, cup, dinner, lunch, cereal, and so many more!!
She's babbling and jibber jabbering so much right now, she'll be making those sounds into words so soon!!!

What's that?

Grandma has Bug for the night while Amy and Ryan went to the beach. Bug and Squirrel took a bath together tonight. Well, Bug was getting ready for his bath and Squirrel LOVES baths, so she just had to join in. So, while they're sitting there splish splashing and playing, something caught Squirrel's eye. I could just hear her little mind working..."What's that thing?? I don't have one of those!" She started to poke her little finger at the new thing she'd discovered, but just before she got there I stopped her! I told her 'No, no, that's Hayden's!' Hee hee. She's such a big girl.

More proof she's growing up

Juli stopped by with Natti to play for a little bit this morning, and while Juli and I were in the kitchen talking Nana and Squirrel were playing in the living room. A few minutes later Squirrel came into the kitchen pointing towards the living room saying 'Nana, Nana, Nana!!'. She was tattling on her!!! Natalie had taken a toy from her and she came to tell on her. I thought it was so cute! I put it on her calendar.

What? Snow??

So, I was on the phone with Adam while he was driving back to the office from a job sight, and he couldn't believe he saw snow on a truck that had just passed him. Then I went into the bedroom to get dressed, looked out the window, and I saw snow! It was a rain/snow mix, but it was snowing! Crazy.

So annoying.

So, I tried to clean up that last post....seperate paragraphs, put the captions right on top of the pictures, space the pictures evenly....but when I post it comes out totally different, squished together, and choppy. It's so annoying! Anyone know how to fix this??
